Academy utilizes exclusive software to analyze and instruct the
baseball swing. "Right View Pro" digitally captures a
player's swing and breaks it down into the 12 fundamental steps. This allows
our professional instructors to review each swing and identify each specific
area the player can improve on to maximize their power and ease of swing.
Studies have shown that students retain about:
- 10% of what they read
- 20% of what they hear
- 30% of what they see
- 50% of what they both see and hear
- 70% of what they feel and experience
RVP systems use all of these training methods of communication to help students build a correct model of pitching or hitting. What students think they are doing and what they are actually doing can be very different. So RVP helps the student match what he feels to what is real so he/she can make adjustments quicker and easier with longer lasting results.

Even the youngest of players benefit from using RVP because most Little Leaguers have only seen the MLB players perform at game speed. RVP lets them see the motions at a speed they can comprehend. Our minds are set up to learn from trial and error and from watching how others succeed.

By the time players reach high school they have had up to five different coaches with different styles and terminology. RVP helps players assimilate all this instruction into a consistent message with common terminology.
